Please be aware that any requests for record production must include the appropriate subpoena, legal documents, or other necessary paperwork, explicitly naming “Conveytel” as the service provider. Additionally, include your name, address, email, and phone number in the request. Since Conveytel generally serves wholesale customers, its response may only include the name and contact details of the wholesale customer associated with the phone number. To get subscriber or other information, a separate request should be sent to that carrier, service provider, or reseller.

Emergency Situations:
For emergency situations, requests for records should be accompanied by a release form to facilitate the process.
